Our Story
Mountains and Fjords Guiding was inspired by one of our founders, who, while working at another guiding company, saw how much more the tourism industry could do to protect nature while offering meaningful experiences. Most Bergensians has witnessed the challenges of over tourism in Norway and around the world, where iconic landmarks suffer from land degradation. This has sparked a mission to do things differently: to guide travelers to hidden, breathtaking landscapes and immerse them in the deep, authentic culture of Norway.​
