Cancellation Policy
Bergen city tour Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your tour up to 36 hours before the scheduled departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 36 hours prior to departure are non-refundable. Force Majeure: Mountains and Fjords Guiding AS is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances). Meeting Point & Pickup: You must arrive at the designated meeting place on time. For this tour the meeting place is The Blue Stone < Press text for additional guidance. Address: Kong Olav Vs plass 4, 5012 Bergen. If you would like pickup from a city-center hotel, you must arrange it in advance.
